3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

At Pyaza, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, especially minors. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that could harm, exploit, or endanger children. This policy is in place to ensure that Pyaza remains a child-friendly space where young users can interact, learn, and engage responsibly without exposure to harm.

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Pyaza and will result in immediate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspensions, bans, and, where applicable, reports to law enforcement agencies.

3.1 Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

Pyaza strictly prohibits any form of child sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, or inappropriate interactions between adults and minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any image, video, text, or other media that depicts minors in sexualized or exploitative situations. Possession, distribution, or creation of CSAM is illegal and will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

Sexual Grooming: Any attempt by an adult to build a relationship with a minor with the intent of exploiting, manipulating, or coercing them into inappropriate activities. This includes engaging in inappropriate conversations, attempting to gain a child’s trust through deceptive behavior, or sending messages with sexual intent.

Solicitation of Minors: Any attempt to request, pressure, or coerce a minor into sharing explicit images, engaging in sexual conversations, or providing personal information for inappropriate purposes. Soliciting minors for any form of exploitation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

Sexualized Depictions of Minors: Pyaza does not permit any content that sexualizes children, including AI-generated images, animations, illustrations, deepfake content, or fictional depictions that portray minors in a sexualized manner. Even non-explicit content that glorifies, promotes, or normalizes such depictions is strictly forbidden.

Inappropriate Adult-Minor Interactions: Direct communication between adults and minors must be professional and appropriate. Pyaza prohibits:

  • Sending inappropriate private messages or engaging in suggestive conversations with minors.

  • Attempting to move conversations to private platforms or off-site messaging apps to avoid detection.

  • Engaging in coercive behavior, emotional manipulation, or any form of inappropriate relationship-building with a minor.

Enforcement: Any user found engaging in child sexual exploitation will be permanently banned from Pyaza, reported to child protection organizations, and where applicable, law enforcement will be notified.

3.2 Harassment, Bullying & Emotional Abuse

Children should feel safe and respected when using Pyaza. Any form of harassment, cyberbullying, or emotional abuse that targets minors is strictly prohibited.

Cyberbullying: Pyaza prohibits threats, intimidation, humiliation, or public shaming of minors. This includes:

  • Sending harmful or offensive messages to minors in private chats or public posts.

  • Spreading false information or rumors intended to embarrass, harm, or defame a minor.

  • Targeted online harassment campaigns, group attacks, or coordinated bullying behavior against a specific minor or group of minors.

Doxxing (Exposure of Private Information): Sharing a minor’s personal or identifying information without consent is strictly prohibited. This includes posting or distributing:

  • Home addresses, phone numbers, school names, email addresses, or location details.

  • Photos or videos of minors without consent, especially if used to harass, embarrass, or endanger them.

  • Any form of digital stalking, tracking, or unauthorized monitoring of a minor’s online activity.

Encouragement of Self-Harm & Suicide: Pyaza prohibits any content that:

  • Glorifies, promotes, or encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges that put children at risk.

  • Includes detailed descriptions, images, or guides on self-harming behaviors.

  • Attempts to coerce or manipulate a minor into engaging in self-harm, suicide pacts, or dangerous online challenges.

Radicalization & Extremism: We prohibit any efforts to recruit minors into extremist ideologies, gangs, or criminal activities. This includes:

  • Promoting extremist views or violent ideologies.

  • Encouraging minors to participate in illegal or high-risk activities.

  • Attempting to radicalize minors into hate groups, cults, or other dangerous movements.

Enforcement: Any reports of bullying, harassment, or coercion will be investigated immediately, and offending accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned. In cases of serious threats to a minor’s well-being, Pyaza will escalate cases to appropriate child safety authorities.

3.3 Exposure to Inappropriate Content

Minors using Pyaza should never be exposed to content that is graphic, violent, harmful, or inappropriate for their age group. To ensure a safe and child-friendly environment, Pyaza strictly prohibits the following:

Violent & Graphic Content:

  • Content depicting physical violence, abuse, torture, animal cruelty, or disturbing imagery.

  • Videos, images, or discussions that romanticize or glorify violent acts.

  • Harmful challenges or pranks that could cause physical injury to minors.

Drug & Substance Promotion:

  • Any content that encourages, promotes, or glorifies the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, vaping, or substance abuse.

  • Sharing instructions, methods, or resources on acquiring or using illegal substances.

  • Attempting to sell, distribute, or market drugs, tobacco, or alcohol products to minors.

Profanity & Hate Speech:

  • Using hate speech, racial slurs, or discriminatory language towards minors or any protected groups.

  • Encouraging hostility, exclusion, or violence against specific individuals or communities.

  • Using excessive profanity, explicit language, or inappropriate humor that is unsuitable for a minor-friendly platform.

Enforcement: Pyaza actively monitors content through AI-driven detection systems and human moderation teams. Content that violates these policies will be removed immediately, and repeat offenders may face permanent account bans.

Enforcement Actions for Violations

Pyaza takes swift and decisive action against any prohibited content or behavior that threatens child safety. If a violation is identified, Pyaza may take the following actions:

Immediate Content Removal: Any posts, images, videos, or messages that violate our child protection policy will be deleted immediately.

Account Warnings & Restrictions: Users responsible for minor violations may receive a warning, temporary account restrictions, or limitations on interactions.

Account Suspension or Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent removal from Pyaza. Users found guilty of child exploitation, grooming, or abuse will never be allowed back on the platform.

Law Enforcement Notification: If violations involve criminal activity, CSAM, solicitation of minors, or threats of violence, Pyaza will report offenders to law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.

If you encounter any prohibited content or inappropriate behavior, report it immediately using Pyaza’s in-platform reporting tools.

Click the "Report" button next to the content in question. You can find this button on posts, comments, messages, user profiles, or uploaded media.

Choose the reason for your report from the available options (e.g., grooming, child exploitation, harassment, bullying, hate speech, inappropriate content).

Provide additional details (if applicable). If the content involves immediate risk to a minor, describe why it is harmful so that our moderators can take urgent action.

Submit the report. Our moderation team immediately reviews flagged content, prioritizing cases involving minors, threats, or safety concerns.

Emergency Reporting: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, Pyaza urges you to contact your local law enforcement agency in addition to submitting a report. We work closely with child protection organizations to respond to urgent threats as quickly as possible.

5.2 Actions Pyaza May Take
