Our platform allows users to share content, engage in conversations, build their own social spaces and create opportunities in a way that reflects the best version of professional life. To ensure that Pyaza remains a valuable space for all users, we’ve created these Community Guidelines to outline the standards we expect from our members.

By using Pyaza, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations of these guidelines can result in the removal of content, suspension of features, or even account termination.

Our Principles

Pyaza is a platform where respect, trust, and professionalism are valued. To maintain these standards, we ask our users to follow three core principles:

Be Safe

We are committed to keeping Pyaza a safe platform for everyone. This means users should not engage in behavior that could harm others, expose sensitive personal information, or promote illegal activities.

On Pyaza, we value authenticity. Use your real identity and provide accurate information. Do not mislead others or share false information. Trust is at the core of our platform, and it's essential for building meaningful connections and opportunities.

Be Professional

Pyaza is a platform for professional conversations, and we expect users to maintain a level of professionalism in their interactions. Treat others with respect and engage in discussions that contribute constructively to the community.

What We Don’t Allow on Pyaza

While we encourage a wide range of conversations and perspectives, certain behaviors are strictly prohibited on Pyaza. These include:

1. Harassment and Abusive Behavior

At Pyaza, we strive to create a professional and respectful community where members feel safe to engage in meaningful and constructive conversations. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior that disrupts this environment or undermines others’ sense of security or well-being. Pyaza is committed to ensuring that interactions on our platform are free from hostility, intimidation, or malicious attacks.

Harassment and abusive behavior can take many forms, and we strictly prohibit the following:

Personal Attacks, Intimidation, and Threats

Pyaza encourages respectful debate and diverse opinions, but personal attacks, threats, or any form of intimidation are unacceptable. This includes:

Verbal Attacks: Using offensive language, insults, or derogatory remarks aimed at another member based on their views, appearance, personal background, or identity.
Threats of Violence: Any statements or actions that threaten harm, whether explicit or implied, to another person or group. This includes threats related to physical violence, property damage, or harm to someone’s reputation or career.
Harassment and Stalking: Engaging in repeated, unwanted communication or behavior intended to intimidate, harass, or disturb another user. This includes excessive direct messaging, unsolicited contact after being asked to stop, and attempts to follow or track someone’s activity in a harmful way.

Revealing Personal Information (Doxing)

Pyaza strictly prohibits the practice of doxing, which involves sharing someone else’s private, personal information (such as home address, phone number, or email address) without their consent. Doxing can put individuals at serious risk and is a severe violation of both Pyaza’s guidelines and privacy laws. Examples of doxing include:

Sharing personal information with the intent to harm, intimidate, or harass someone.
Posting sensitive details about another member without their permission in comments, posts, messages, or elsewhere on the platform.
Encouraging others to target someone based on the personal information revealed.

We take doxing incidents very seriously and will take immediate action, including account suspension or termination, against users who engage in this behavior.

Trolling or Repetitive Negative Behavior

Trolling refers to the act of deliberately posting inflammatory, off-topic, or disruptive comments intended to provoke an emotional response or derail constructive discussions. Trolling undermines the spirit of professional dialogue that Pyaza aims to promote. Examples of trolling include:

Posting inflammatory or offensive comments with the sole intent of angering or provoking others.
Making repeated, irrelevant contributions to a conversation that distract or divert attention from the original topic.
Targeting specific users with repetitive negative comments or content designed to harass or belittle them.

Cyberbullying and Group Harassment

Pyaza does not tolerate cyberbullying in any form. Cyberbullying involves using digital means to harass, embarrass, or harm another individual. This includes spreading false rumors, sharing embarrassing or doctored images, or encouraging others to participate in coordinated attacks or harassment against a user. Examples of group harassment include:

Mob Attacks: Organizing or participating in coordinated efforts to flood another user’s account, posts, or messages with harmful, degrading, or abusive comments.
Dogpiling: When a group of users collectively and repeatedly attack a single individual through coordinated harassment, often overwhelming the target with hateful or negative comments.

Discriminatory Behavior

Harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited. Discrimination in any form, including hate speech, slurs, or promoting harmful stereotypes, will not be tolerated. This includes:

Targeting someone with hateful comments based on their identity or personal attributes.
Using demeaning language that perpetuates stereotypes or marginalizes individuals or groups.
Creating or sharing content that promotes hatred, exclusion, or discrimination.

Psychological and Emotional Abuse

This type of abuse occurs when someone uses language or behavior to manipulate, humiliate, or emotionally harm another person. This includes:

Gaslighting: Manipulating someone into questioning their own reality, feelings, or perceptions.
Public Shaming: Humiliating or embarrassing someone in front of others by pointing out perceived flaws or mistakes in a malicious way.

What Happens When Harassment or Abusive Behavior is Reported?

Pyaza takes reports of harassment and abusive behavior very seriously. If a user is found to have violated these guidelines, the following actions may be taken, depending on the severity of the offense:

Content Removal: Any posts, comments, or messages found to be harassing or abusive will be removed from the platform.
Warnings: In cases of less severe infractions, users may receive a formal warning regarding their behavior.
Feature Restrictions: Users may face temporary or permanent restrictions from using certain features, such as messaging, posting, or commenting.
Account Suspension or Termination: For severe or repeated violations, Pyaza reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user’s account. In cases involving illegal activity or serious threats, we may also notify law enforcement.

Pyaza is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Harassment, bullying, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated, and we will take swift action against those who violate these guidelines. By upholding these standards, we can ensure that Pyaza remains a safe space where users can connect, collaborate, and grow in a constructive and supportive manner.

2. Threats, Violence, and Harmful Content

At Pyaza, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all our users. Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, harm, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. We expect all members to refrain from sharing content that could endanger others, encourage dangerous behavior, or create fear within the community. Violating this guideline may result in content removal, account suspension, or reporting to law enforcement where necessary.

We do not permit the following types of content under any circumstances:

Threats of Violence, Terrorism, or Physical Harm

Pyaza does not tolerate any form of content that directly or indirectly threatens violence, bodily harm, or acts of terrorism. This includes:

Direct Threats: Statements or posts that directly threaten to inflict harm on another person or group. For example, a user making comments such as “I will hurt you” or “You deserve to be attacked” violates this guideline.
Terroristic Threats: Content that promotes or endorses terrorism, extremist ideologies, or violent organizations. This includes content that glorifies acts of terrorism or incites others to carry out such acts.
Indirect or Implied Threats: Even if not stated explicitly, comments that imply harm or suggest violent action against others (e.g., “Someone should take care of them”) are prohibited.

Content Depicting or Encouraging Self-Harm, Suicide, or Abuse

Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages self-harm, suicide, or any form of abuse (emotional, physical, or sexual) is strictly forbidden. Pyaza prioritizes the mental health and safety of its users and prohibits content that could lead to dangerous behavior or influence vulnerable individuals.

Self-Harm and Suicide Content: Posts that glorify or normalize self-harming behaviors (such as cutting, eating disorders, or suicide) are not allowed. If someone is at risk of self-harm, Pyaza encourages users to report the content, and we may take steps to intervene, including sharing information about support resources or contacting authorities.
Content Encouraging Abuse: Posts or comments that encourage or glorify abusive behavior toward others, whether physical, emotional, or sexual, will result in immediate action. This includes content that encourages domestic violence, child abuse, or any form of mistreatment.
Graphic or Disturbing Imagery: Images, videos, or depictions of violent acts, self-harm, or abuse that are shared for shock value or to incite fear are not allowed on Pyaza.

Content Promoting Violent or Criminal Organizations

Content that supports or promotes individuals or organizations involved in violence, terrorism, or criminal activity is strictly prohibited. We do not allow:

Support for Violent Groups: Content that endorses, promotes, or glorifies violent organizations, such as terrorist groups, gangs, or militias. This includes the dissemination of propaganda or recruitment materials.
Criminal Activity: Content that encourages, promotes, or facilitates criminal activity, such as drug trafficking, human trafficking, organized crime, or illegal weapons trading. This also includes posts that share instructions for committing illegal acts or harming others.

Hate Speech and Incitement to Violence

Pyaza has a zero-tolerance policy toward hate speech and any content that incites violence against individuals or groups based on their identity, including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality. This includes:

Calls for Violence Against Protected Groups: Any form of content that advocates or glorifies violence against a group of people based on their protected characteristics.
Promotion of Hate Groups: Content that promotes or represents hate groups, including sharing their symbols, slogans, or ideologies.

Pyaza encourages free expression, but hate speech that crosses into incitement of violence will not be tolerated and will result in swift action.

Sexual Exploitation and Child Endangerment

Pyaza takes a hardline stance against content related to sexual exploitation, including the abuse or exploitation of children. Content that sexualizes minors, promotes child endangerment, or involves child sexual exploitation is not only prohibited but may be reported to law enforcement immediately.

Child Exploitation and Abuse: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies the exploitation of minors, including sexual abuse or child trafficking, will result in immediate action. This includes images, videos, written content, or any material that promotes child exploitation.
Human Trafficking: Posts or content that involve human trafficking, including advertisements or promotions of illegal services, will be removed, and we will report these to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Terrorism and Violent Extremism

Pyaza does not allow content that supports or glorifies terrorist activities or violent extremism. Any content that encourages, supports, or is associated with individuals or groups involved in terrorism or extremism will be removed. This includes:

Recruitment for Terrorist Organizations: Content attempting to recruit individuals to violent extremist causes, whether ideological, religious, or political, is strictly prohibited.
Propaganda and Promotion: Sharing terrorist propaganda or content aimed at glorifying violent acts associated with terrorism is not allowed and will be removed.

Glorifying or Inciting Criminal Behavior

Content that glorifies criminal acts or encourages others to commit crimes is not permitted on Pyaza. This includes:

Encouraging or Facilitating Criminal Acts: Any content that promotes illegal activities, such as vandalism, hacking, drug trafficking, or theft.
Criminal Instructions: Sharing guides, how-tos, or instructions on how to commit a crime (such as making weapons, hacking into systems, or committing fraud) is strictly prohibited.

3. Misinformation and Misleading Content

At Pyaza, we believe in fostering a community that values truth, accuracy, and transparency. Sharing false, misleading, or intentionally deceptive content is strictly prohibited, as it undermines trust within the community and can cause harm.

Whether intentional or unintentional, spreading misinformation disrupts constructive discussions and can mislead users.The following types of content are not allowed:

False Information Intended to Deceive or Mislead

Content that is created or shared with the intent to deceive others is not permitted. This includes:

Deliberately Fabricated Stories: Posting or sharing false claims, rumors, or fabrications intended to deceive, manipulate opinions, or create confusion.
Misleading Information: Presenting false or distorted facts in a way that could lead others to take harmful actions or make ill-informed decisions, especially in professional contexts (e.g., falsifying qualifications or misrepresenting business opportunities).
False Credentials: Claiming false educational or professional qualifications or promoting unfounded business opportunities.

Manipulated Media or Deepfakes

Manipulated media, including deepfakes, which are altered to distort reality without proper disclosure, are strictly prohibited. This includes:

Falsified Images or Videos: Any content that has been digitally manipulated to misrepresent events, people, or situations, such as deepfake videos that falsely attribute statements or actions to individuals.
Non-Disclosed Manipulations: If media has been altered or edited, it must be disclosed clearly. Content that appears authentic but is intended to mislead viewers by manipulating facts is not allowed.

Health-Related Misinformation

Inaccurate or misleading information related to health and safety, particularly public health, is not permitted. This includes:

Medical Misinformation: Sharing false information about medical treatments, cures, or vaccines without credible scientific backing, especially in light of current public health guidance.
Contradicting Public Health Advice: Posting content that contradicts widely accepted guidance from reputable health authorities, such as false claims about vaccines or treatments, which could endanger others.

It is the responsibility of all Pyaza users to ensure that the information they share is factually accurate and verifiable. Content that is found to mislead or misinform will be removed, and repeated violations may result in further action, including account suspension.

Misinformation and Misleading Content Regarding Cryptocurrencies

Cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies are fast-evolving spaces, and while we encourage discussions and knowledge-sharing, Pyaza does not tolerate the spread of false or misleading information regarding cryptocurrencies, token offerings, and related financial advice.

Given the speculative nature of cryptocurrencies, we expect all users to exercise caution when sharing information and avoid contributing to harmful misinformation that could mislead others into risky or illegal financial activities.

The following types of content are prohibited:

False or Misleading Investment Advice

We do not allow the sharing of false or misleading information related to cryptocurrency investments or trading. This includes:

Unsubstantiated Investment Claims: Posts or content that falsely claim guaranteed returns, profits, or success from cryptocurrency investments without credible evidence or proper risk disclosures.
Pump-and-Dump Schemes: Coordinating or promoting schemes intended to artificially inflate the price of a cryptocurrency or token to profit from a sudden price increase, at the expense of others.
Unlicensed Financial Advice: Offering financial or investment advice regarding cryptocurrencies without proper licensing or qualifications, or promoting unregulated investment opportunities.

Scams and Fraudulent Token Sales

Cryptocurrency-related scams, including fraudulent Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), token sales, or pyramid schemes, are strictly prohibited. This includes:

Fake or Fraudulent ICOs: Promoting or facilitating the sale of cryptocurrencies or tokens that do not have a legitimate business or technology behind them.
Ponzi or Pyramid Schemes: Promoting schemes that involve recruiting others to invest in a cryptocurrency with the promise of high returns through new recruits rather than actual business growth.
Impersonating Legitimate Cryptocurrency Projects: Creating or sharing fraudulent content that impersonates or mimics legitimate cryptocurrency projects in order to deceive investors.

Misleading Information About Blockchain Technologies

While Pyaza encourages discussions about blockchain technologies and innovations, users must refrain from sharing misleading or exaggerated claims about what blockchain can achieve. This includes:

Exaggerated Claims: Making exaggerated or misleading claims about the benefits or potential uses of blockchain technology that are not supported by credible sources or are scientifically unfounded.
Distortion of Regulatory Information: Misrepresenting laws, regulations, or government guidance related to the legality of cryptocurrency trading, mining, or the use of tokens in various jurisdictions.

All users are responsible for ensuring that the information they share regarding cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, or related financial matters is accurate, verified, and backed by credible sources. Given the speculative nature of these technologies and markets, we encourage users to consult reliable financial or legal professionals before sharing content that could influence others’ financial decisions.

4. Inappropriate or Uncivil Content

Pyaza strives to create a professional, respectful, and inclusive community. Content that is offensive, disrespectful, or harmful is not tolerated, as it can alienate, marginalize, or hurt members of the community. We expect all users to engage in civil and constructive communication, maintaining a professional tone at all times.

Hate Speech and Discrimination

Hate speech, which promotes or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic, is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Racial or Ethnic Slurs: Using offensive language or slurs targeting a person’s race, ethnicity, or national origin.
Religious or Gender-Based Attacks: Content that demeans or attacks people based on their religious beliefs, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Discriminatory Remarks: Comments or posts that perpetuate harmful stereotypes, mock individuals or groups, or encourage exclusion based on personal characteristics.

Sexual Content and Harassment

Pyaza is a professional platform, and sexually explicit content, advances, or inappropriate comments are not allowed. This includes:

Sexually Explicit Images or Videos: Sharing or posting sexually explicit media or links to adult content.
Sexual Advances: Unwelcome sexual remarks, jokes, or advances toward other members, whether in posts, comments, or messages.
Inappropriate Comments: Remarks that are sexually suggestive, degrading, or offensive in nature, including objectification or body shaming.

Graphic Violence and Shock Content

Content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts graphic violence, shock value, or content intended to disturb or alarm others is prohibited. This includes:

Violent Imagery: Sharing graphic images or videos of physical violence, assaults, or injuries intended to provoke fear or shock others.
Content Glorifying Violence: Posts that glorify or promote violent behavior, such as calls to action for violence or encouraging aggressive behavior.

All users are expected to maintain a respectful and professional tone in their communications, regardless of the topic. Content that promotes incivility, hostility, or disrespect will be removed, and repeat offenders may face account suspension or termination.

5. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Practices

Pyaza is built on trust, and we do not tolerate fraudulent behavior or deceptive practices aimed at exploiting or harming others. Any content or actions that are intended to deceive or defraud the community will result in immediate action.

Romance Scams and Fraudulent Relationships

Attempts to manipulate or deceive others through fake romantic relationships or scams are not allowed. This includes:

Romance Scams: Pretending to be romantically interested in someone in order to gain financial or personal benefit from them (e.g., asking for money, personal information, or gifts under false pretenses).
Fake Profiles: Creating fake identities to deceive others into trusting, befriending, or engaging in professional or personal relationships.

Pyramid Schemes and Fraudulent Business Opportunities

Fraudulent or illegal business practices, such as pyramid schemes, investment scams, or fake job postings, are strictly prohibited. This includes:

Pyramid or Ponzi Schemes: Promoting business models where returns are derived primarily from recruiting others rather than from legitimate products or services.
Fake Job Listings: Posting job opportunities that do not exist or asking for payment in exchange for employment opportunities.
Investment Scams: Encouraging others to invest in fraudulent or non-existent ventures.

Malicious Software and Phishing Attempts

Sharing malicious software, including viruses, ransomware, or phishing attempts designed to steal personal information, is a serious violation. This includes:

Phishing Scams: Sending deceptive messages or emails to trick users into providing sensitive information, such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal identification.
Malware or Hacking Tools: Sharing content that distributes malicious software or tools intended to compromise the security of another user’s account or device.

Fraudulent activities undermine trust within the Pyaza community and will result in severe consequences, including permanent account suspension.

6. Illegal and Dangerous Activities

Pyaza prohibits the promotion, facilitation, or involvement in illegal or dangerous activities. Users engaging in or promoting such activities may face immediate action, including content removal, account suspension, and notification of law enforcement where applicable.

Promoting Illegal Goods or Services

Selling, distributing, or promoting illegal goods or services is not allowed. This includes:

Illegal Drugs and Substances: Sharing content related to the sale or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
Illegal Weapons and Ammunition: Promoting or facilitating the sale of illegal firearms, explosives, or ammunition.
Counterfeit Goods: Offering or promoting counterfeit products or services, including knock-off brands and illegally copied goods.

Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Content or behavior that involves human trafficking, child exploitation, or prostitution is strictly forbidden. This includes:

Sexual Exploitation of Children: Any content involving the exploitation of minors, including child abuse imagery or content promoting child trafficking, will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
Human Trafficking: Promoting or facilitating human trafficking for labor or sexual exploitation will result in swift and severe penalties.

Promoting Dangerous Behavior

Encouraging or endorsing dangerous or reckless behavior that could result in harm to others is prohibited. This includes:

Dangerous Challenges: Sharing or promoting dangerous social media challenges that encourage unsafe or illegal activities.
Violent Acts: Posts encouraging physical violence, property damage, or other illegal acts that endanger individuals or communities.

7. Spam and Unsolicited Content

Spam and unsolicited content disrupt the professional environment that Pyaza seeks to maintain. Users should refrain from mass messaging, unsolicited promotions, or commercial content that does not add value to professional discussions.

Mass Messaging and Promotional Content

Sending unsolicited messages or posting promotional content without permission is not allowed. This includes:

Unwanted Promotional Messages: Sending direct messages, posts, or comments to promote services, products, or events without the recipient’s consent.
Mass Messaging: Repeatedly sending the same or similar messages to multiple users without permission or relevance.

Overly Commercial Content

While professional networking and promotion are encouraged, excessive or irrelevant promotional content that detracts from meaningful engagement is prohibited. This includes:

Unrelated Commercial Posts: Posting commercial content in spaces or discussions that are not related to professional networking or Pyaza’s core topics.
Aggressive Promotion: Overly frequent promotion of products, services, or businesses that is disruptive to conversations or spam-like in nature.

Artificial Engagement Inflation

Artificially inflating engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, or comments, is prohibited. This includes:

Coordinated Like or Share Schemes: Organizing groups to artificially boost engagement on certain posts for personal or financial gain.
Automated Tools or Bots: Using automated tools, bots, or services to inflate engagement metrics or promote content across the platform.

All content shared on Pyaza should add value to professional discussions and respect the time and attention of other members.

Enforcement of These Guidelines

Violations of these Community Guidelines can result in actions such as the removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. The severity of the action depends on the nature and frequency of the violations.

Content Moderation

Pyaza uses a combination of automated systems and human reviewers to identify content that may violate our guidelines. If content is flagged as inappropriate, it may be reviewed and removed from the platform. Users will be notified of actions taken against their content or account.

Reporting Violations

If you come across content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us.

Appealing Actions

If you believe that an action taken against your account or content was in error, you can submit an appeal through Pyaza’s support center. We will review your appeal and make a final determination.
